The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in our Melbourne Finance Team.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will display a willingness to learn and provide support to the Accounts Payable team.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Credit card reconciliations;
- Following up supplier queries;
- Staff reimbursements processing & payment;
- Daily payment runs creating cheques and EFTs;
- Processing office related invoices;
- Liaising with internal departments; and
- Data entry & filing
