    Description

    As the ESG Analyst, you will be playing a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors.

    The role reports to Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and works closely with Head of Sustainability & ESG for a successful implementation and integration of ESG data into standard reporting.

    Key Responsibilities and CompetenciesDevelop, implement and continually improve an overall strategy for the collection, analysis, management, and maintenance of sustainability related data and metrics.

    Produce reports and visualizations to communicate ESG data to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
    Conduct in-depth analysis with your modelling skills and derive insights from multiple data sets, making recommendations based on findings.
    Collaborate with various teams, including ESG and financial reporting, to integrate ESG data into decision-making processes.
    Staying up to date on reporting regulations, compliance obligations and industry trends & developments
    Requirements of CandidateThe ideal candidate will have a strong financial background with experience in ESG or sustainability-related fields.
    Experience in working with complex data sets, financial modelling and reporting frameworks will be viewed favorably.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ESG information to diverse stakeholders.
    High attention to detail.
    Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Power BI and other modelling tools for analysis, review.
