In this role you will ensure the smooth operation of existing engagements, continuity in relationships with stakeholders in these engagement and general administration/support in representing Cognizant as a Provider of Choice.
The role will involve:
- The development of leads across enterprise accounts
- Establishing functional relationships with clients when requested
- Accurate administration of all new work, or work extensions including updating relevant systems
- Facilitating the development and the generation of SOWs for sign off by the account Partner
- Procedurally monitoring the status of outstanding debtors and taking action to help keep the debt to contractual limits
- Establishing functional relationships with our technology partners and clients
- Work closely with our vendors to position Cognizant within strategic opportunities
- When requested, set and drive strategic priorities such as lifecycle management planning, profitability, crossfunctional and marketing planning
- Become a trusted partner to our clients and a trusted mentor to our consultants
- Organising and facilitating social events with clients and our consulting teams
Experience required:
- 12 year(s) exposure to Account Management / Business Development / Recruitment / Executive Assistant roles
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise get things done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- You are someone who is energetic, charismatic, innovative and creative
- You are a team player. This is not a traditional account management / sales role. Our team works closely, collaboration is key for the success of the business
- Strong stakeholder management
Nice to haves:
- IT Sales or presales experience
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar tools
- Experience in a technology related role / field would be ideal
- An understanding of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure is beneficial
- Love for technology
