Description
Applications are sought for the position of Client Service Coordinator in the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) Student Services. The Client Service Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of CIT Student Services at any of the CIT locations.


This includes:
- first-point-of-contact enquiries.
- all general counter services and issuing student/staff cards.
- enrolments and re-enrolments.
- specialist student services, including referrals to services and information sources and use of student information systems.

Eligibility/other requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position are highly desirable.
  • Educational experience, preferably in a Tertiary Education environment is highly desirable.
  • To be eligible for permanent appointment, you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident of Australia (includes New Zealand citizens).
  • Driver's licence.


An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
