We are currently seeking
_Commercial Cleaning Specialist__.

_**_This position wil_l play a pivotal role in establishing a commercial cleaning social enterprise by providing training and employment opportunities for vulnerable community members.


The position will provide leadership, supervision, and training to young and vulnerable persons to enhance their ability to secure long-term employment, enabling them to realise their career aspirations.

This position will be supported in undertaking this role through the wrap-around support services offered by WCS.


Our Offer

  • Permanent fulltime.
  • Salary of WCS4 $67,478.63 to $72,365.87 p.a. plus 10.5% Superannuation depending on skills and experience.
  • Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards.
  • Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.
  • Study leave opportunities.
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave.
  • National EAP Service.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Prior cleaning experience with a high standard for cleanliness.
  • Experience in supervising and training junior staff.
  • Demonstrated timemanagement skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks and keep them moving promptly.
  • Effective communicator, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Sound knowledge and awareness of the relevant health and safety standards.
  • A motivated selfstarter who is interested in working with young and vulnerable people and developing business acumen.
