Social Media Coordinator - West Perth, Australia - APM

About the role:
Reporting to the Content Manager, in this full-time permanent position, you will be based at our office in West Perth.
You will play a vital role in developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence, audience engagement and support the growth and awareness of multiple APM brands.
Your responsibilities:
Review, edit and publish digital content ensuring it is customer focused and consistent with the overall content strategy, style guide and digital best practice working closely with the content writers and specialists
Build and manage rich content campaign calendars to engage and attract qualified audiences from blog posts, social posts, whitepapers, reports etc.
Work with the Content Manager to implement an optimal posting schedule considering best posting times and customer engagement metrics
Manage and maintain guidelines and standards that align with the APM brand, voice and style.
Report reviews and feedback from customers to the Content Manager to identify opportunities to improve both engagement and revenue across different brands.
Monitor daily content to ensure it's informative, appealing and aligned with our company goals and initiatives.
Facilitate online conversations with our audience and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Stay current with social media best practices, strategies, industry standards and regulations.
To be successful in this role
You have to be a proactive, enthusiastic social media coordinator, who has a sense of humour, resilience and an ability to work with tight deadlines.
You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar
Two years' experience in a similar position
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Social media management experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar systems
Ability to edit materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva desirable
Strong initiative, drive and the willingness to learn
Tech savvy and highly experienced across the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask across multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Work well within a multi-skilled team and autonomously
Ability to work at a high level with internal and external stakeholders
