- Onboarding of employees and employee lifecycle changes.
- Processing of timesheets, both manual and Time & Attendance.
- Leave management, including GPPL, Workers Compensation.
- Separation payments, including redundancies.
- Payroll processing, Bank file uploads.
- End of Pay & General ledger reporting.
- Issues management and resolution.
- Month end reporting and end of year end reporting.
- Participate in payroll related projects as required.
- Previous payroll experience with exposure to both salaried and EA/Award based payroll, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- You will have ADP Payforce, SAP, SSF or similar, T&A system experience, preferably Tanda.
- High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel, including formulas, Pivot tables etc.
- Team player who has strong attention to detail and willingness to deliver results.
- Strong inter-personal skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn.

About the Role
The Payroll Specialist, as part of the payroll team, is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer centric Payroll services to multiple business entities, ensuring the compliant, accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages in a confidential manner, and in accordance with relevant Company Policies and Procedures, Awards and Enterprise Agreements, Service Level Agreements and State and Federal legislation.
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for utilising all payroll related IT systems including SAP SSF (HR), ADP (PR), ESS (PR), Time & Attendance, and any manual systems and processes, to ensure the accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
