The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, motivated and business minded individual to join our Operations Team as a Territory Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the support and growth of our branded network. In this role you will provide coaching and support to our Franchise Partners (FPs) across our Donut King portfolio.


The ability to develop strong business relationships with our branded community is key to success in this role as is the ability to drive growth through measurable outcomes with a specific focus on systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand execution
  • Support FPs in the development and execution of their business and operational plans as well as identifying potential growth opportunities in the FP business
  • Consistent and regular visitation to the network in line with call cycle expectations
  • Work with the network partners within your Territory to develop action plans that will target the instore operations/system opportunities and assist with implementation at the store level to drive sales and customer counts by delivering a Brand standard customer experience
  • Work directly with the Operations Manager to identify and share best practice across the Brand, Territory and Support office team
  • Liaise with other Support Office departments and project teams as necessary

Experience & Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience in Operations, ideally in a food retail environment
  • Strong understanding of and experience with small business owners / franchisees
  • Experience at working collaboratively with FPs to achieve both store sales growth and brand standard improvement.
  • Highly motivated with ability to problem solve and work autonomously
  • Demonstrated commercial business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of urgency
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite including Teams platform
  • Current valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, mobile phone and ability to travel (interstate or locally) as required
