The Company
Our client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They have recently won a number of maintenance contracts so due to an increased workload looking at hiring a

scheduler.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have experience in the following areas:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks based on priority, availability of resources, and urgency of the plumbing maintenance issue.
  • Assign work orders to maintenance staff and coordinate their activities
  • Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and inform them of any delays or changes to the maintenance schedule
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and update maintenance management software
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and guidelines
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as necessary

Key requirements for the role:


  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance requirements would be advantageous
  • Understanding of relevant safety regulations and guidelines
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
