About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, detail-focused team-player to join our dedicated team.

Client Liaison Officers play a key role ensuring our clients receive high level customer service in relation to maximising therapy hours on their NDIS plan by being a key point of contact for all scheduling and rescheduling matters.

Client Liaison Officers support families to navigate their NDIS funding in relation to accessing services within the Autism Association of WA, they assist families in providing continuity of services during a plan review or plan extension under the NDIS.

Sound problem solving, basic accounting skills and a knowledge of the disability sector is highly desirable.


About You
To succeed, you'll understand effective and efficient staff rostering and logístical impacts, such as travel requirements between appointments.

You will have experience in and be comfortable engaging with various stakeholders such as families and Therapists, by phone, in person and in writing.


In addition, you will:

  • Have sound IT skills, including advanced use of Excel
  • Be highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple systems, tasks and priorities.
  • Be an excellent communicator, you'll proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively, and show initiative
  • Understand the need for accuracy and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in your work
