The exciting opportunity:

This fantastic role is very purpose driven, utilise your knowledge and experience to make a difference
Responsible for the development and implementation of quality programs and initiatives
Inspire, guide, support and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and services
Manage client referrals, support planning and ongoing assessment / reviews to ensure appropriate service provision for clients and carers
Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and develop services in line with governing quality standards
Provide interim support to clients within the day centre, ensuring effective delivery of care services
Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice
Report into a dynamic, passionate, supportive and innovative Executive Manager of Care

Experience working with people living with dementia, in either aged care or community settings

A confident, motivated, adaptable and hands on professional
