What your day will look like:
- Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco's heavy earthmoving fleet.
- Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
- Provide support to Tradesman, Heavy Diesel Technicians and Auto Electricians to ensure all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
- Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.
What we'll need from you:
- Hold a current Australian Driver's License with HR being advantageous.
- Detailed exposure conducting service and maintenance requirements throughout OEM suppliers, including but not limited to: CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, Sandvik and Liebherr.
- Current or, ability to fulfil requirements of a preemployment medical.
- Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications desirable.
- Proven experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi preferred.
- High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
