What your day will look like:

  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco's heavy earthmoving fleet.
  • Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
  • Provide support to Tradesman, Heavy Diesel Technicians and Auto Electricians to ensure all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget.
  • Working with Emeco customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.

What we'll need from you:


  • Hold a current Australian Driver's License with HR being advantageous.
  • Detailed exposure conducting service and maintenance requirements throughout OEM suppliers, including but not limited to: CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, Sandvik and Liebherr.
  • Current or, ability to fulfil requirements of a preemployment medical.
  • Licence to conduct high risk work with dogging, rigging, crane and work platform classifications desirable.
  • Proven experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi preferred.
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
