Description

Service Receptionist / Administration Assistant

  • Taxicomms is the one stop service center for Brisbane's Taxi Industry; specialising in the installation, service and repair of Taxi Communications equipment including Dispatch Systems, Taxi Meters, Taxi Security Camera Systems, EFTPOS Terminals and ancillary equipment._
  • Taxicomms is seeking an energetic, hardworking staff member to join our friendly team at our Albion based workshop._
The Administration Assistant is key to the efficient operation of Taxicomms. The position is available for immediate start.


The main tasks include:

  • Greeting driveway service customers
  • General enquires
  • Maintaining service database
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Staff timesheets and super payments
  • Deliveries and dispatch
  • Compiling end of month reports
  • Assisting the Manager
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Competent computer skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software is essential.

Salary:
$50, $54,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • ALBION, QLD 4010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
