Visual Merchandiser Supervisor at Victoria's Secret, Pacific Fair

We're seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor for our flagship store at Pacific Fair. This role is pivotal in creating captivating in-store experiences through elevated visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a customer-centric culture focused on delivering highly satisfying experiences.

Maintain visual and merchandising standards in collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team.

Partner with category managers and brand delivery team to plan and execute brand guides.

Adapt brand guide standards to store-specific needs and architecture.

Support merchandising strategies and product placement in line with brand direction.

Collaborate with market visual manager to achieve elevated visual presentation.

Develop SMART action plans to improve execution and results.

Lead brand rollouts and merchandising initiatives.

Manage window installations, interior displays, and product placement.

Maintain and update floor plans and fixtures in partnership with category managers.

Optimize use of real estate in partnership with customer experience manager and category managers.

Identify and resolve maintenance and housekeeping issues.

Manage fixtures, props, and marketing materials effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail management.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire teams to maintain visual standards.

Permanent full-time position, open to Australia or NZ Citizen/PR only.

This is a permanent full time position, only Australia or NZ Citizen/PR will be considered.

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:
