The purpose of this role is to support client teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.

What your typical day will look like:

  • Act as a key point of contact for day to day communications with clients, effectively running the media response and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure client expectations are managed and media delivery performance is clearly communicated
  • Take ownership of the media planning outputs for the account, including the media plan ad supporting the implementation and recommendation inline with the strategy
  • Work on some really interesting pieces of work looking at different strategies and areas for optimization this team and client is well resourced with heaps of room for growth (and amazing upcoming projects)
  • With the support of Directors, manage the workflow and quality of deliverables as well as training and development for more junior members in the team

A bit about you:

  • You're tech savvy, have a datadriven mentality, sound commercial acumen and strong communication skills
  • You have a strong, broad digital background where social media strategy, planning and execution played a key part throughout
  • You have experience across the key social media platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc)
  • You understand engagement and can draw meaningful insights from data to identify new opportunities
  • Strong ability to work with varying stakeholders, prioritise and manage varying deadlines
  • Strong communication skills & the ability to manage time & projects effectively
  • You're always wanting to develop and grow as a person, a professional, a mentor
