WHS Consultant to join a leading injury prevention and management
organisation

Health and Community Recruitment are a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting passionate health talent with the best opportunities.

We are proudly partnering with a leading injury management (and prevention) organisation, with offices all around the country.

Part of a health services powerhouse, they are growing their Sydney WHS team and are looking for someone who is passionate about working with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries.

This role can be located flexibly from any of their Sydney branches (6 locations) closest to you and typical responsibilities include:


  • Develop and implement innovative solutions that promote safety and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Partnering with your clients, providing WHS expertise and advice
  • Conduct site visits to assess risk and drive positive change
  • Deliver training on safety, and work with other consultants in the injury management team, providing a one stop shop for injury management and prevention solutions


This role will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your expertise and develop a successful career in an ever-growing industry.


  • A relevant qualification in WHS (minimum of Cert IV or diploma)
  • Previous WHS / HSE experience (minimum of 18 + months)
  • The ability to selfmanage and bring a little fun to safety delivery / training
  • A drivers licence and access to your own vehicle


My client can offer a salary between $90k - $100k +super + bonus, but can also review based on experience.

They also offer flexibility on location (in Sydney), full time or part time, and scope to flex around working hours.
