About the Role
Our client is boutique city based Commercial Property Investment & Development Company with a portfolio of office & retail assets predominantly located in and around the Melbourne CBD.

- Work with long standing tenants and a very "clean" portfolio
Duties:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of office and retail properties
- Build & maintain professional relationships with existing & prospective tenants, contractors, suppliers, etc
- Monitor and manage Lease obligations (e.g. tenant induction, lease option & expiry preparation, etc)
- Handle repairs & maintenance for properties
- Issue rental invoices & monitor rental arrears
- Financial management (e.g. budget outgoings reporting, outgoings reconciliation)
- Review & approve supplier invoices
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial Property Management and/or Commercial Property Leasing
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Be a strategic thinker with strong problemsolving skills, and a high attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills & the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Experience in property management software (e.g. Cirrus8, PropertyMe, etc) is desirable
- Current Victorian Estate Agent Licence or Estate Agent Representative Licence is desirable
- Experience in accounting software such as MYOB or Xero is desirable
- Competency with MS Office including Excel spreadsheets, Word & Outlook
