We are looking for a Planner who has a solid grasp of the retail industry and has an advanced understanding of business analytics to help drive the success of Incu.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that align with company's objectives
Identify risks and opportunities and work with a cross functional team to develop strategies that optimise the business
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in merchandise planning, OTB management and ROI principles
MSSI Management
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
Experience working in a fast paced, multichannel, multibrand environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong analytical skills
Data driven decision making skills
Ability to collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop systems knowledge
