Site Based Role - Hands on Health and Safety Duties

Responsibilities:


  • Site inductions and toolbox talks
  • SWMS reviews & subcontractor management
  • Site safety walks & inspections
  • Issuing NCR and following up on corrective actions
  • Provide training & mentoring to site teams

Desired Experience:


  • Min 2+ years experience with a Civil Contractor (roads, Tunnels and Bridges).
  • Experience with conducting investigations and writing reports.
  • ICAM experience
  • Cert IV in Health and Safety or other relevant qualifications
