Operations Coordinator - Sydney, Australia - Employment Hero
Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Day to day administration and support of the Operations team
- Procurement of product components across multiple partners
- Assist finance in month end recharges to publishing partners
- SAP Materials management product setup requests
- Supporting the operations team with retailer order entry and returns
- Liaise with our 3PL partner around retailer queries relating to delivery of goods
- Coordinate with 3PL and assembly plants to rework inventory
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Characteristics required:
- High levels of attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality with high levels of professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build relationships with key partners stakeholders
- Able to operate with high levels of initiative
- Good independent and collaborative problemsolving skills
- Resultsoriented and will do what it takes to get the job done
- Proficient computer skills with an indepth knowledge of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage but not a necessity
- Experience with working on SAP preferred
