Our WA client is looking for a strong leader to join and grow their business.

As the
Store Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the overall business within this regional supermarket.

You will be responsible for the team management, development and P&L whilst ensuring the highest quality of goods are being presented and are available to your customers.

As well as growing the business, you will be a hands on leader who has a passion for every aspect from admin, all the way to the presentation of the store and beyond.


Skills & Experience:


  • Wide range of Supermarket Management experience needed
  • Experience leading large teams and creating a positive culture
  • The ability to train and develop people
  • Full P&L accountability
  • Control department costs such as wastage, wages and other operational costs
  • Understanding of local market, seasonal trends and identify marketing opportunities
  • Food safety standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and lead by example
