The Role
We're seeking to engage a detail-orientated
Team Administrator to support our
People & Culture ANZ Manager.

Based in our
Brisbane Office in
Fortitude Valley, working in a hybrid and flexible work environment, you'll be predominantly responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the organisation in support of People and Culture initiatives with the focus on timely and accurate delivery.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing confidential executive and administrative support to ensure a high level of discretion, diplomacy and judgement in responding to inquiries from stakeholders;
  • Coordinating and maintaining P&C Manager's diary, calendar and schedule of meetings;
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to make appointments;
  • Collating inputs, prepare and compile functional reports;
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information;
  • Capturing and enter employee data into training tracking systems;
  • Drafting of correspondence as required;
  • Collating reports and statistical information and creating PowerPoint presentations;
  • Preparing, coordinating and distributing documents, reports and presentations, under supervision;
  • Document management including physical and electronic archiving and filing.

  • Booking travel and training, reconcile invoices and monitor employee movements;
  • Arranging team meetings including room set up, catering and equipment;

About You

Suitable applicants will be/have:


  • TAFE qualifications or equivalent with course work in business curriculum or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Clear and persuasive writing skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multidisciplinary environment;
  • Excellent time management skills to work effectively and efficiently towards deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
