Position Summary:


The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing administrative support, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, client communication, and coordinating with various departments within the company.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Communication and Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and policies.


Administrative Support:

Maintain organized client records and databases.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports, invoices, and documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.


Client Onboarding and Documentation:

Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents and information are collected and processed accurately.
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.


Issue Resolution:

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management for further resolution.


Client Feedback and Reporting:

Gather and document client feedback to improve services and address any areas of improvement.
Generate and analyze client satisfaction reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in client services, customer support, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using Xero preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

$80, $90,000.00 per year
