The Wormald Security Team (WSEC) and is currently seeking a Service Manager with excellent communication and customer skills to work within our growing Canberra Team.

This is an exciting position for an experienced Manager, Co-ordinator or Senior Technician looking for their next career step.

You will have a great customer focus and a collaborative approach to teamwork. The role is based at our Fyshwick ACT office.

Experience in the below areas is valued:
Microsoft Office suite
Pronto (or other ERP's) - training will be provided
Previous service (scheduling) management or supervisory experience

Typical duties may include:

Develop and maintain customer relationships
Liaison with customers to schedule reactive service works
Lodge and coordinate response to service calls (reactive) for ACT and national clients
Manage technician schedules, on call roster and training requirements
Coordinate spare parts/equipment (as required)
Liaise with National Service Manager on client invoicing tasks
Lodge warranty claims on parts/equipment with manufacturer
Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager
