The Client Coordinator Lead is to lead and develop a team of highly motivated individuals being the main points of contact for all Reliant Healthcare related enquiries and in charge of the setup of the services to the client.

It is therefore key for the person in this role to both facilitate the communication between the company and the client from the onboarding up through to service exit and ensure a proper and smooth internal communication around the expectation and needs of each client.


Key Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as health, nursing, age care, occupational therapy, or a related discipline highly regarded
  • Several years of experience in leading a Team, meeting performance requirements
  • Extensive experience in the use of CRM tool, preferably Salesforce, proficient Computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of clients from culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Several years of experience in engagement, negotiating and resolving conflict with Clients or customer service role, preferably in the Disability and Aged Care industry or a related field
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills

As Client Coordinator Lead your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and support the client liaison officer team to ensure that the client's engagement and on-going relationship with the organisation is positive, effective and expectations are met or exceeded
  • Manage and support the clinical coordinator team to ensure that the client (and/or client representatives) engagement with the organisation is effective and service expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ensure the good use of the tools provided, maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client's healthcare records
  • Provide excellent customer service, managing any issues or complaints, and monitoring client satisfaction by maintaining a regular contact with them, or their representatives
  • Propose strategies to maintain and improve community and network referral relationships to the management and trigger agreed set of actions,
  • Provide reports to management regarding interaction and coordination of client services, collaborating with clients to identify room for improvement and suggest value added services
  • Oversee the creation of internal policies and procedures related to the handling of clients, client requests and service requirements
  • Suggest Team Personal Development Plan aiming at both motivating and continuously improving the way the team works and, once agreed with the management, put them into action

  • Monday to Friday

  • POTTS POINT, NSW 2011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
