About the role:


As part of our continued investment into optimising our Coles Liquor Group (CLG) online shopping experience and offering for our customers, a new Group Product Manager role has been created.

In this exciting new role, you will lead and support a team of Product Managers and cross functional teams to plan and execute a product roadmap that meets customer needs and commercial business objectives.


You'll also:

  • Set and articulate the vision and strategy for the product portfolio
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure that the products align with the overall strategy and there's ongoing communication in place to keep stakeholders up to date on project and product progress
  • Ensure the most efficient use of resources are determined to deliver the right product at the right time for customers, as well as balancing commercial outcomes for the business
  • As a team player first, responsible for the professional development and overall engagement of the product team
  • Gather, manage and prioritise product requirements across multiple squads and ensure all are heading towards an overarching goal
  • Listens to our customer and ensures we have the right research and user inputs to form part of our product roadmap and product execution

About you and your skills:


We're after a highly skilled Product Manager who proven success in supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations and experience working in a digital-first environment with a strong customer-centric focus.


You'll also:

  • Experience in budget management and commercial thinking, ensuring resources and priorities are optimised to business goals
  • Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter
  • Experience in driving a culture of collaboration with cross functional agile teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, experience building and shipping consumer product experiences
  • Exceptional people management, collaboration and communication skills
  • Skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions
