    You'd like more autonomy to solve hard problems with smart people.

    But to have autonomy, you need to be good. Good enough to build end-end test infrastructure for a complex AI, cloud hosted edge device platform.

    We asked the manager why you might consider working here. He said things like, you'll control your own destiny. Define the QA roadmap. Have scope to grow your own team. Build something from the ground up. Solve unconventional problems. Have a direct impact on product development.

    You'll be the first full-time hire in QA for this team supporting 6 SW Engineers. To date, they've managed QA themselves. If you're a QA reading this, you can imagine what you're coming in to do.

    Create infrastructure and tooling that empowers them to be better at QA. Create a test platform that measures baseline system performance. Build CI/CD. Shift left and enable the Engineering team to make data-driven decisions.

    Essentially, your room for impact is significant and will directly impact product development.

    It's why this is such an important hire.

    So what is the product?

    It's a system that looks and feels like Google Maps that tracks drones and predicts where they are going. Used by militaries, airports, prisons etc. You'll build a platform that protects people or infrastructure from malicious drone attacks.

    There's nothing like it on the market. So you'll join a business with zero debt. That has grown 300% YoY. And is predicting $500m annual revenue in the next 3-4 years. It's a good time to get into the business.

    Experience you'll need

    • At least 5 years of software Quality Assurance, Verification and Validation and/or Test & Evaluation experience
    • Software development experience using Golang, Python or JavaScript
    • Familiarity with Linux and scripting
