Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Order Handling for Australia & New Zealand
  • Order Coordination
  • Paperwork Handling
  • Service Complaint
  • Creating invoices, supply chain documents through SAP

The client is a leading biotechnology company specializing in enzyme production for various industries. Their innovative solutions focus on sustainable practices, enhancing industrial processes, and promoting environmentally friendly alternatives.


Description

  • Order Handling for Australia & New Zealand
  • Order Coordination


Coordinate with the GCC team/ local team members/ relevant stakeholders to ensure the order is taken care until the invoicing completion.

Coordinate with the external Third-Party Logistics (3PL) to have the delivery arranged.

  • Paperwork Handling
Handle and coordinate the delivery and shipping documents for inbound and outbound delivery.

  • Service Complaint
Support in the service complaint process.


Profile

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain or business management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills in English in a multicultural environment.
  • Responsible with positive attitude.
