The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Officer to be an integral part of the business to ensure efficiency with weekly payroll of up to 30 employee's.
The Days required to work will include Monday & Tuesday with an Optional Wednesday so could be a great opportunity for a Retiree, Mother returning to the workforce or an experienced Payroll Officer seeking Casual or Part Time Employment around Armadale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly payroll
- Processing superannuation and payroll tax
- Accounts payable
- Following up invoice payments
- ATO reporting
- Bank reconciliation
- Assisting with BAS reports
- Liasing with Management for Employee Timesheets
- General admin duties data entry, maintaining accurate employee records
Expectations of the Role:
- Relevant experience with weekly payroll & invoicing in an established company with multiple employee's & various clients
- Proven ability to manage independent workload & process work in a timely matter
- Good organisational skills to maintain effective and efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Be a Self Starter with good Initiative
