About this role


Working as part of a team of health planning professionals within the Strategic Reform and Planning Branch you will gain exposure to the process NSW Health undertakes to determine how capital projects are planned, prioritised, determined, constructed and commissioned.


You will have the opportunity to coordinate and undertake programs, projects and activities research and provide advice in relation to state-wide service and capital planning for NSW Health, public health organisations, and related government agencies to support the achievement of NSW Health's objectives.


What you'll be doing


Reporting to the Director, Service and Capital Planning Unit you will assist with a wide range of projects/tasks which require excellent written and organisation skills.

At the same time, the role provides the opportunity to develop dedicated skills in policy, health service planning and budget preparation.


This is a great opportunity to get a good understanding of how the NSW Health system operates in the context of dealing with Central Agencies, other health agencies and Local Health Districts/Specialty Health Networks.


Crown Clerk 7/8, salary from $101,947 - $112,849 p.a. (plus super and annual leave loading)
