What you will be doing?


The People Services Team is aligned with our internal customers and is accountable for
providing employee and leader advice on P&C policy and core people processes, ensuring the
management and accuracy of our foundational employee data, issuing
all employee-related documentation, offering
coaching to frontline leaders on
performance, behaviour, and disciplinary matters, continuously
improving the people experience through SLA management and reporting, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

The team also handles
remuneration operations, which include job benchmarking, employee benefit management, facilitating the annual remuneration review, and
partnering with the Digital team to define technology requirements and improvements for key people systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the business on P&C policy and core people processes, from hire to retire, which includes recruitment, onboarding, remuneration, performance, role changes, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Managing employee relations by supporting the development and management of Performance & Behaviour Improvement Plans and addressing disciplinary issues for frontline employees.
  • Collaborating closely with the People Services Manager and other members of the P&C community to deliver excellent outcomes for our people.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated People & Culture Consultant to join our team in North Sydney and Northmead, NSW.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for P&C processes, systems, and policies, providing invaluable advice and support to employees, line managers, and the broader P&C team.

Your attention to detail, strong customer service focus, and passion for promoting a positive workplace culture will be critical to your success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum 2 years' previous experience in a P&C/HR role
  • Some exposure to Employee relations and performance improvement is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for making sure that an employee's experience and customer service at CCEP is the best that it can be
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements is desirable
