This role will be responsible for

  • Managing a small team responsible for the Return of Annual Valuations to the Valuer General of Victoria, including coordinating and completing annual items such as Rating Objections, Supplementary Valuations and Revaluation requirements.
  • Providing quality valuation reports in an efficient timely manner whilst providing client service levels and standards as set out by the Associate Director and or other Relevant Managers.
  • Engaging and mentoring team members in the Annual Revaluation process to enable learning and development and to contribute to our workplace culture.
About you

  • AAPI Accredited CPV Valuer
  • Confident verbal communication and report writing skills
  • A positive and professional manner
  • High degree of computer proficiency
  • Current Driver's license
  • Experience in rating and taxing valuations, while not required, is beneficial for this role
