About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to assist in the delivery of the routine construction, repair and maintenance services in the Gas Distribution Team.

Reporting into the Delivery Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the gas distribution network.

You will be working in the Greater Sydney region.

An

Key Responsibilities include

Assist with the oversight of projects/programs and ensure they are delivered to agreed safety, time, quality and budget expectations
Assist with the development and delivery of strategy and program delivery team goals and objectives
Convey strategy and concepts to other managers as well as direct reports
Assist in process alignment across Jemena/Zinfra owned or managed assets in matters related to inductions, training and compliance
Assist with emergency response incidents for duties such as first response and site controller

About You

Substantial experience in a leadership role
Experience in managing and delivering a program of work for an external client
Experience working with multiple client groups
Contract management experience and the ability to understand legal and commercial related matters
Management of Gas emergency incidents
Valid Driver's Licence

This position is required to contribute to an afterhours roster which may include night shift, on call and weekends if required.
