Continuing to grow and increase their market share, they have a new opportunity working within their Brisbane office suited to an administration professional with strong communication skills providing support to their service network.
about the role
- Providing after sales service support for repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with customers, external service providers, along with the sales and spare parts department
- Updating internal systems with order status along with parts and stock allocations
- Inventory and stock control
- Ensuring system data is accurate
- Time sheet and leave approvals for teams
- Additional administrative duties

To be considered for this role you will;
- Be a team player
- Have strong relationship building skills and enjoy driving communication
- Developed time management skills with the ability to priortise your work flow
- Solution orientated with great problem solving skills
- Quick learner with ability to absorb new information
