As our next Organisational Change Manager you will play a vital role in orchestrating seamless transitions in systems, processes, people, and culture within Flight Centre Travel Group.

You'll spearhead people change initiatives crucial for project and organisational success by joining a vibrant project team within the Project Management Office (PMO) in our global generalist Technology division, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS).

This position demands a wealth of expertise in navigating diverse business landscapes to drive effective change.


Day in the life:


  • Delivery of change management activities and deliverables aligned to the FCTG Change Framework
  • Work with key stakeholders to assess impacts and business readiness
  • Developing change initiatives and associated communications
  • Developing change management documentation and deliverables, including developing communications (written and digital) and training content (artifacts and media)
  • Tracking the successful implementation of change management activities, providing stakeholder reporting, and identifying risks and issues and developing appropriate mitigations
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships to support the development and implementation of change activities
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices
  • Work with global stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, with flexible working arrangements to meet your needs and the needs of stakeholders in other time zones.
  • Some duty travel may be required to our offices across the globe (think places like Auckland, Johannesburg, London, New York, Singapore to name a few)

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Tertiary Qualification or Certification in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, etc. certifications), related disciplines (Process Improvement, Human Resources, Communications, Business, etc.), or equivalent experience (required)
  • A minimum 5 years working within a change, consulting, process improvement or project management experience within a large, multidisciplinary organisation (required)
  • An understanding of change methodologies (required)
  • Experience Facilitating workshops and / or training sessions (required)
  • Experience and understanding of change impact analysis for employees, multiple stakeholder groups and the organisation as a whole (required)
  • Experience and understanding of employee and business readiness assessment and analysis (required)
  • Experience in creating and delivering written and digital communications (required)
  • Experience in creating training content and collateral (e.g. training packages, Quick Reference Guides, etc.) for changes (desirable)
  • Working within a travel organisation (desirable)
