The Opportunity:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supervise and lead a team of electrical subassembly technicians.
Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments to meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure the accuracy and precision of electrical subassemblies.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the subassembly process.
Maintain inventory of electrical components and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Communicate effectively with other department leaders to optimize overall production processes.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Proven experience in electrical subassembly, preferably in the heavy vehicle manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and diagrams.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Exceptional problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
