About the role

  • Completing car park validation transactions, validating access cards etc.
  • Handling customer queries & maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Maintain a customer focus in all services, ensuring customer service delivery is top priority.

About You

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5star customer service
  • Previous experiences with Opera is advantageous
  • Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
