Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Administrator for a growing privately owned organisation that specialises in heavy vehicle workshop solutions.

Acting as a trusted partner within the construction and workshop solutions sector, this newly created position has become available to provide quoting and technical support to a national Business Development team.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your duties will include:

Being the first point of contact for sales enquiries generated through web, social media, and referrals
Support external Sales Consultants by generating quotes and supporting documentation
Ensure accurate client information is entered and maintained in CRM including leads and enquiries
Follow up with clients nationally to ensure they have all the information required to make informed buying decisions
Arranging meetings with the dedicated BDM within each region
