ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Medispa Manager to join our team. This role is for
a Skin/Dermal qualified Therapist with excellent management skills.

We will provide full and comprehensive training over a 5-6-month period to ensure you are fully confident in your new role with us.


Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Bachelor of Dermal Sciences is highly regarded).
  • Excellent skin/dermal knowledge and minimum confidence in performing facials, skin analysis, microdermabrasion, LED, and masks. Experience in RF treatments & oxygen therapy is highly regarded.
  • Ideally you will have previous experience leading a team in a similar setting.

Job Duties:


  • Managing and motivating our team of 5 passionate therapists to achieve KPI's & provide a 5star client service.
  • Driving sales & attending to client enquiries.
  • Driving profitability & reducing costs.
  • Monitoring Sales, Employee usage levels and staffing the clinic as needed.
  • Calendar management at both client & team level.
  • Managing seasonal promotions.
  • Stock & inventory management.
  • Assisting with marketing & regular social media content.
  • General administrative tasks.
- _Performing client treatments where needed on the very odd occasion (i.e., if a staff member is on sick leave)._


JOB ROLE SPECIFICS

Remuneration:

$78,000+ per annum ($39.50+ per hour) + SUPER + Commission (up to an additional $20,000 per annum).


Location:

St Martinis Tower, Market St, Sydney NSW (paid parking of $500 per month + easily accessible by public transport)


Hours:


  • Tuesday
  • Saturday, 9.30am 5.30pm.
  • Please note there may be some irregular later nights until 6pm or 7pm based on client bookings.
