As a
Gaming Services Supervisor, you will assist the Gaming Manager to oversee the operational aspects of Main Gaming Floor Hosting, while maintaining a high level of customer service for our guests.

A few of your responsibilities:

Assist guests and Gaming Services Hosts with queries regarding the rewards program
Oversee the registration process of new guests to the rewards program
Handle guest issues or concerns
Conduct gaming promotions and assist with marketing activities as required
Supervise Gaming Services Hosts
Report on incidents and investigate where required

What we are looking for:

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or guest service environment
Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
Experience creating a positive working relationship in large teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
