As a
Gaming Services Supervisor, you will assist the Gaming Manager to oversee the operational aspects of Main Gaming Floor Hosting, while maintaining a high level of customer service for our guests.

A few of your responsibilities:


  • Assist guests and Gaming Services Hosts with queries regarding the rewards program
  • Oversee the registration process of new guests to the rewards program
  • Handle guest issues or concerns
  • Conduct gaming promotions and assist with marketing activities as required
  • Supervise Gaming Services Hosts
  • Report on incidents and investigate where required

What we are looking for:


  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or guest service environment
  • Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
  • Experience creating a positive working relationship in large teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
