Our client is an established Australian business in the retail and wholesale space who have a focus on import and distribution of luxury products with exceptional design.

The Role
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from owners, service agents, and retailers.
  • Provide product knowledge and educate owners on their machine
  • Where over the phone resolution is not possible, book services or repairs
  • Process orders
  • Data entry and administration within a CRM system (SAP)
  • Process warranty claims

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant experience within customer service (phone based), ideally within wholesale/retail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Systems savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • SAP experience highly regarded
Positive can-do attitude with a focus on customer service
Strong problem solving ability
Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
