Our client is an established Australian business in the retail and wholesale space who have a focus on import and distribution of luxury products with exceptional design.
They have an impressive portfolio of brands and have been experiencing significant growth.The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from owners, service agents, and retailers.
- Provide product knowledge and educate owners on their machine
- Where over the phone resolution is not possible, book services or repairs
- Process orders
- Data entry and administration within a CRM system (SAP)
- Process warranty claims
Skills & Experience
- Relevant experience within customer service (phone based), ideally within wholesale/retail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Systems savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- SAP experience highly regarded
Strong problem solving ability
Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
