The Role:

Our Water Infrastructure Service Line comprises a blend of professional services operating state-wide, regionally and across global opportunities from front-end concept and strategy studies to detail design and operational requirements for a range of diverse clients in the renewables, mining, infrastructure and hydrocarbons sectors.

Responsibilities will include:

***- Lead and maintain a positive culture within the team, lead team meetings and be a focal point to resolve issues relating to your direct reports

Manage the team resourcing, including growth of the team to match the market
Oversee the project performance within the team, mentoring PM's to ensure project financial and overall with clients and potential clients (including other parts of Worley) to maintain a strong backlog of work including proposal preparation and review performance are within expectations.
Lead and manage the compliance to Advisian technical and governance processes within the team.
Contribute to the delivery of our projects through your area of technical expertise
Liaise with clients and potential clients (including other parts of Worley) to maintain a strong backlog of work including proposal preparation and review.

About You

Relevant consulting experience, across industries, working in the design of water infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience leading teams
An ability to lead an expanding team with a diverse complement of team members
A proven background bidding, delivering, and reporting of consulting projects including experience in providing leadership to ensure quality, cost and time parameters are met.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to build rapport with clients as a focal point and work in a collaborative manner.
Personality traits demonstrating respect, being a team player, maintaining a positive attitude, and enjoying your contributions to the workplace.
