The Opportunity
At Miller Leith, we are currently recruiting for various Accounts / AP / AR Officer and Finance positions (temp and perm) in the Manufacturing and Retail Industry, across Melbourne CBD and suburbs.
About You
You have excellent communication and time management skills, previous experience in an accounts, AP/AR or accounting support role. You will also be required to have previous experience using a Finance support systems such as MYOB or XERO.
Key skills required:
- Process AP/AR data accurately.
- Assist with processing and producing invoices.
- Month end reconciliation's.
- Pay suppliers and maintain bank account information.
- Complete end of month statements and reporting.
- Assist with weekly payments to accounts and trust holders.
- Report and inform managers and operation teams of debtors.
- Ad hoc admin tasks.
