About the role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity that does not come around often, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead a large and enthusiastic team in Perth CBD.

You will need to be a natural leader, someone who is confident in balancing store operations with team development, whilst focusing on successfully reaching your financial goals.

You will be leading a team of 40+ inclusive of an Assistant Manager and 3 Department Manager, in a high performing and fast-paced environment.

Whilst it is a preference that you come from a large format retail environment this is not essential, we are looking for the right cultural fit.

What you will need:

Strong business acumen and cover all financial aspects of the business
Have proven success stories in achieving targets and KPI's
Exceptional coaching and performance review background
Experience in managing large teams, in a high stock turnover environment
A keen eye for detail and a flair for visual merchandising
Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained
Capable at recruiting teams on all levels
You will be humble and have passion to succeed
