A bit about your role
The Revenue Assurance Lead is responsible for the detection, resolution and prevention of revenue exposure for nbn.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the Revenue Assurance strategy, supporting complex project changes across the Telco and Non-Telco product sets.
The role will be responsible for managing the assurance across your designated product's, building end-to-end system and process knowledge to develop the coverage controls and dashboard reporting.
The role requires utilisation of your technical skill set in the development of revenue assurance reconciliations, detailed data analytics and interrogation, followed by communication with our stakeholders to drive the resolution of revenue and CX impacting issues.
As the Revenue Assurance Lead, you will have solid experience in Revenue Assurance gained ideally from the telecommunication/utilities/energy industry.
You have a flair for technology and can demonstrate your understanding of end-to-end systems and processes that result in proactive identification of potential failure points that could result in a financial impact.
In addition, you are expected to bring your expertise in billing and provisioning systems such as BRM, Fulfilment and Oracle eBusiness and be proficient in reporting and data analytics tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau Desktop, BI Publisher, and other data warehouse concepts.
You enjoy working as part of a team but also work well autonomously, where you will drive your own initiatives with internal stakeholders from around the business.
Please note that we have two fixed-term positions available, the first position is an 18-month maternity leave cover, and the second position is a 9-month fixed term role.
