About the Role
As the 'Project BIM Lead' for a new hospital redevelopment project, your primary role will involve implementing and managing comprehensive BIM policies and procedures
Your responsibilities will span:
- Leading BIM coordination meetings & workshops, and managing federation of design team models
- Supporting the delivery of digital assets through wellstructured planning and execution
- Proactively identifying and resolving modelling and coordination issues
- Facilitating inproject training for project team members on BIM standards
- Conducting stringent project audits to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Maintaining model quality and integrity, ensuring topnotch deliverables
- Assisting with the maintenance of software standards and templates
About You
You are an expert in using BIM authoring tools and have solid experience in implementing dRofus workflows. Your adept modelling skills match the requirements of BEP. You possess a flair for mentoring and training, and exhibit a team-oriented mindset. A passion for design technology and a commitment to meeting project targets are crucial for this role.
