Team Leaders: Online Fulfillment and Logistics

The Roles:

Online Fulfilment:

Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager, the Online Fulfilment Team Leader is an integral part within the online fulfilment team, by ensuring operational and daily support is seamless as well as supporting the Manager to optimise customer online experiences by driving towards the achievement of maximum sales and growth.

This role will continue the great reach of customers by coaching and leveraging the team to carry out online fulfilment orders, ensuring merchandise is readily available to pick, pack and dispatch for home delivery and in-store Click and Collect and to ensure our customer needs are met while maintaining profitability and order timeframes.

This is an 8am 6pm roster with rotating fortnightly weekends._

Logistics:

Reporting into the Merchandise Operations Manager, the Team Leader will ensure operational and seamless optimisation of stock flow delivery into the store.

You will coach and guide your team with safe and efficient logistics, replenishment and online fulfilment practices.

Furthermore, you will develop and engage with your dedicated team by sharing retail knowledge and lead by example with strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task.

This is an early morning 6:30am 4pm roster, Monday
Friday onl_y.

Your Background:

People leadership / supervisory experience within an online fulfilment / warehouse distribution environment essential
Demonstrated experience in docktofloor logistics, replenishment or warehouse distribution
Strong work ethic and proven interpersonal and communication skills
Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills
Passion for customer service and a love of retail
