We have several opportunities available for Garden Maintenance Team Members to join our team working at high profile site located on the Mornington Peninsula.

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in gardening maintenance and landscaping projects, ensuring that our clients' expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance duties proficiently, including lawn mowing, edging, brush cutting, detailing and litter removal
Safely administer herbicides using backpack sprayers
Handle mowing equipment and tools with precision and care
Contribute to landscaping projects as required
Uphold a safe and orderly work environment
Foster clear communication with both team members and clients

About You:

Preferably possess at least 1 year of gardening or landscaping experience
Hold a valid manual driver's licence
Possess a Working with Children Check (or express willingness to obtain)
Possess a National Police Check (or express willingness to obtain)
Exhibit excellent communication skills
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities
Display drive and ambition to surpass client expectations in a quality driven setting
Maintain physical fitness and adaptability to work in various weather conditions
