Your role as an Estimation / Bid / Proposals Manager (Electrical)

Take a lead role and drive the endtoend success in the creation and assessment of Electrical Estimates and Bid/Proposals (Infrastructure delivery team)
Reporting to the Director and work closely with the Delivery heads on pricing and endtoend project scope for Energy Transmission, Net Zerorelated electrical infrastructure programs
Work with the delivery team to create costloaded programs and understand/inform forward works planning
Develop robust cost estimates for Electrical infrastructure works
Translate internal estimates and work breakdown structures into customer mandated pricing models
Support response to major bids and deliver highquality proposals that present true customer value propositions
Understand and incorporate the cost of commercial and contractual obligations
Work with the supply chain to agree and represent thirdparty costs
Challenge stakeholders to deliver efficient and innovative solutions across all the businesses portfolios
Identify process improvements and take steps to implement actions in consultation with affected departments

About You

Proven experience in Estimating major Electrical Programs
Bachelor's degree in engineering/project management or similar disciplines
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Project management or field delivery experience in a DNSP or subcontractor
(Nice to have):
Experience on Renewable projects (Battery, EV et al)
