We're looking for a Marketing Executive to enhance our brand and increase student enrolment both domestically and internationally. This role requires innovative marketing strategies, engagement with industry partners, and the promotion of our specialized engineering streams.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract domestic and international students.

Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor analysis.

Create engaging content for various platforms such as websites, blogs, brochures, and press releases.

Collaborate with educational agents and partners to expand our market reach.

Organize and participate in recruitment events, open days, and educational fairs.

Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Liaise with the admissions team to align marketing strategies with enrolment targets.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the education sector and market trends.

Monitor and evaluate agent performance periodically.

Meet quarterly sales and performance KPIs.

Stay informed about changes in the VET industry, regulatory requirements, and training packages.

Ensure adherence to the ESOS Framework and other legislative requirements.

Perform all duties ethically and professionally, fostering an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.

Always adhere to organizational policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

Education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the education sector, engineering, or technical fields.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Proficient in data analysis and market research.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required.

From $55,000.00 per year


Expected hours:
No less than 24 per week
